| Description (English) | A Perceiver perceives a Phenomenon. The general Perception frame is an inherited background to all frames that have to do with some sentient being responding to changes in the environment, independently of the sensory modalities. The inheriting frames may specify the modalities (see, hear, taste, smell), or may emphasize the experiences or acts of the perceiver (peek, eavesdrop), or the properties of the perceived phenomena (clank, rattle, thump). |
